"Maxim" (fungicide).
Active ingredient: 25 g/l fludioxonil.
Contact fungicide for protecting planting material (bulbs, corms, etc.) of flower crops and seed potatoes from diseases during storage and before planting.
It has an immunomodulatory effect on grains - one of the most effective drugs against snow mold and other diseases caused by fungi of the genus Fusarium spp., root rot, and types of smut (external species).
On potatoes - one of the best drugs against any types of scab and rot during storage, as well as rhizoctonia and late blight (a decrease in damage was noted during the growing season, induces leaf resistance) during the growing season.
"Maxim" is universal - one preparation for processing potato tubers, grain seeds, peas, sunflowers, cereals, sugar beets, planting material of flower crops.
Instructions for use.
Dilute the contents of the package (2 ml) in 1 liter of water. Working fluid consumption is 1 liter per 1 kg of planting material.
Bulbs and corms of tulips, gladioli, begonias, lilies, etc. against rot (fusarium, gray rot, etc.) are soaked in the solution for 30 minutes before planting. Before storing the bulbs and corms, immediately after digging, rinse with water, place in the solution for 30 minutes, then dry.
The drug can be used to spray the roots and rhizomes of flower crops when dividing bushes and before planting.
Before storing seed potatoes against fusarium, fomosis, wet rot, etc., spray them with a solution at the rate of 2 ml of the drug in 25-50 ml of water per 10 kg of tubers.
One-time processing.
The drug is not phytotoxic.
The period of protective action is up to 12 weeks.
Recommendations for the protection of flora and fauna.
Hazard class 3 – moderately hazardous substance. The drug is toxic to fish; do not allow it to enter water bodies.
Precautionary measures.
Do not use food containers to prepare the solution. Carry out the treatment in the absence of children and animals, using personal protective equipment: goggles, respirator, gloves, cotton clothing. While working, you must not smoke, drink, or eat. After work, wash your face and hands with soap and rinse your mouth. If the drug gets into your eyes, wash them with plenty of water, and on your skin with plenty of soap and water. In case of accidental exposure to a person, drink several glasses of water with a suspension of activated carbon, then a saline laxative solution. Contact your doctor. Treatment is symptomatic; there is no specific antidote.
Destruction of released containers.
Store at temperatures from –10 °C to +35 °C in a dark place, out of reach of children, away from food and medicine. Use the working solution within 24 hours. Dispose of the remaining solution after treatment in a compost pit. Burn the packaging or bury it away from water sources.
